How to Prepare the Drink
We recommend filling the shaker to the 400 ml mark (measurement lines are shown on the sides of the shaker in both ml and fluid ounces), which is the recommended amount of water for one serving.
The scoop inside the tub is divided into two parts. The top cone-shaped part can be easily separated, as it is not part of a single serving and is intended to make it easier to pour into bottles with narrow necks, for example when you are traveling and do not have your BRAINFUEL Shaker with you.
Once you add the scoop into the shaker, make sure it is tightly screwed and the top lid is properly closed. We recommend mixing the drink thoroughly using quick up-and-down movements for at least 1 minute.
