📦 When will my order arrive?

First of all, thank you for your order – we truly appreciate it.

Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are usually shipped the same day. Once handed over to the carrier, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Delivery to Slovakia may sometimes take up to 5 business days. Orders placed during the weekend are handed over to carriers on Monday.

⚡ Are energy drinks suitable for people under 18?

Energy drinks are not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years old.

Czech legislation does not explicitly regulate the sale of caffeine products to minors, but caffeine may have a negative impact on adolescent development.

For younger customers, we recommend G FUEL Hydration, which contains 0 g caffeine and 0 g sugar.

❌ I placed an order but I don’t want it anymore

No problem – you can cancel your order easily.

Just contact us via email or Instagram and we will cancel it as soon as possible.

Please try to cancel as soon as you make your decision. Time spent processing uncollected orders can be used to serve other customers or improve our website.

We ship across most of Europe.

Currently, we ship to a total of 21 countries within the EU. You can check whether we deliver to your country in the Shipping section.

Simply change the Country field during checkout to your desired destination from our list.
