How to Prepare Your Drink
We recommend filling your shaker to the 400ml mark (shaker sides are marked in ml and fluid ounces), which is the recommended water amount per serving.
The scoop in the tub is divided into two parts. The top conical portion can be easily separated—it is not part of one serving and makes it easier to pour into bottles with a narrow opening, for example when you’re on the go and don’t have a BRAINFUEL Shaker.
Once you pour the scoop into the shaker, make sure it is tightly closed and the lid is secured. We recommend mixing the drink well with quick up-and-down movements for at least 1 minute.
