How to prepare your drink
We recommend filling your shaker to the 400 ml mark (measurement lines are marked on the sides of the shaker in both ml and fluid ounces), which is the recommended amount of water for one serving.
The scoop inside the tub is divided into two parts. The top cone-shaped piece can be easily removed, as it is not part of a single serving and is used for easier pouring into bottles with a narrow neck, for example when you're on the go and don’t have your BRAINFUEL Shaker with you.
Once you pour the scoop into the shaker, make sure it is tightly screwed and the lid is properly closed. We recommend mixing the drink thoroughly with fast up-and-down movements for at least 1 minute.
