How to Prepare the Drink
We recommend filling the shaker to the 400ml mark (the sides of the shaker have markings in both ml and fluid ounces), which is the recommended amount of water for one serving.
The scoop inside the tub is divided into two parts. The upper cone-shaped section can be easily detached; it is not part of a single serving and is used for easier pouring into bottles with a narrow neck, for example when you are on the go and do not have your BRAINFUEL Shaker with you.
Once you pour the scoop into the shaker, make sure it is properly screwed on and the top lid is securely closed. We recommend mixing the drink thoroughly with quick up-and-down movements for at least 1 minute.
